Overall gacha revenue decreased just 0.29% to $616M while overall downloads were down almost 25% to 27M. Remember that these numbers don't include Desktop revenue/downloads.

1. Genshin Impact - $89,800,000
Updated January 2024 Revenue (CN included): $99.3M
Why It's Down: Despite the new characters Xianyun and Gaming were released the last day of January, revenue decreased a bit but still managed to reach almost $90M combining all regions. The new rerun banners featuring Xiao and Yae Miko helped achieve that number.
2. Honkai: Star Rail - $85,800,000
Updated January 2024 Revenue (CN included): $47.5M
Why It's Up: Honkai Star Rail revenue almost doubled from last month. This massive increase is due to the release of version 2.0, which featured a new planet: Penacony. Two new characters were also released with the 2.0 update, Black Swan and Misha, plus an Imbibitor Lunae rerun banner. Lastly, Sparkle, a top-tier support, was released on February 29th which will probably lead to another great month in terms of revenue.
3. Love and Deepspace - $51,600,000
Updated January 2024 Revenue (CN included): $30.4M
Why It's Up: This Otome game has been massively successful, specially in China. Global version launched at the end of January and has instantly become a top grossing gacha game in all regions. It's a first-person dating sim with stunning 3D graphics. While you enjoy romantic dates, you must also combat alien threats in this sci-fi ARPG. The game's battles are mixed with opportunities to deepen relationships with each character.
4. DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE - $43,000,000
Updated January 2024 Revenue (CN included): $19M
Why It's Up: Massive month for DBZ Dokkan Battle, specially in Japan where almost tripled revenue. The JP 9th Anniversary took place in February with tons of banners, freebies and new content, skyrocketing their grossing revenue.
